Wanted to explore Nagappattinam and this hotel was super base for doing it. The staff were hard-working, ready to any request. The property was in a favourable location next to church and Velankanni for families. It also was very close to shrine.

Location: the hotel was just off the New morning star Church, Velankanni for families and the restaurant. Plus, Pongu Sani Temple was not too far away from the venue...

The staff here was helpful and everything was good, the triple room we booked was clean and there's a railway station a short drive away.

We were hoping to have a great stay during Thanksgiving weekend. we did enjoy the convenient location of the place which made it easy for us to explore the city. the boys working at the reception were polite and made the check-in process quite smooth.

we were disappointed by the poor quality of the toiletries in the bathroom.

The New Year's experience at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The staff were helpful and the food was delicious. The spacious and comfortable rooms were definitely one of the best aspects. Another key advantage is the location, which provides a great view of the nearby church and is located in a peaceful area.

There were a few aspects that were not up to standard. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved as there was visible dust and stains on the towels and bedsheet.
